Hays Senior Finance is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join a growing company in the Wrexham area. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned SME accountant to take the business to the next level and future-proof its financial controls and management information.

The company has a strong customer base and has been operating for nearly 20 years, with a turnover of £8m and healthy margins. The Financial Controller will be responsible for all management accounts and financial reporting, working closely with the MD to manage the company's growth.

The role will be hands-on, with the opportunity to identify and implement improved financial systems and management reporting tools. The company uses QuickBooks, but there is scope to explore more powerful systems to support the business's growth.
