**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance operative to join our team. As a contractor working on social housing, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our properties.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Strimming, cutting grass, weeding, and trimming hedges to maintain a high standard of grounds maintenance
* Carrying out daily responsive repairs to ensure the properties are well-maintained
**Requirements**
* Experience in ground maintenance is essential
* PA1 and PA2 qualifications would be advantageous
* Previous experience working in social housing is desirable
* A driving licence is required
