We are currently managing an exciting 400+ unit Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) project in Kent, projected to be active until 2028.

Your Impact as a Project Manager: You will oversee the development of primarily new build residential projects for a diverse range of clients from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment with the objectives of the Corporate Plan.

You will take full responsibility for guiding external consultants and collaborating with contractors, ensuring that homes are constructed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, meeting the expectations of residents and buyers, with the goal of leading in the social housing sector.
