Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Valuer/Lister, your main purpose is to:

  • Win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service
  • Optimize every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements

To succeed as a Sales Valuer/Lister, you will need:

  • Estate Agency experience with a proven track record
  • Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, or an Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for career progression
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, email systems, and a Full UK driving license
