Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Education team in Newcastle. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for recruiting high-quality teaching and support staff for short, long-term placements and permanent roles across the Newcastle area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and place teaching and support staff in schools across Newcastle
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools and education establishments
  • Source and attract top talent in the education sector
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial application to placement
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and commission expectations
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £30,000 minimum within the first year, plus uncapped commission opportunities. Our industry-leading induction programme and experienced colleagues will support you in your first year of recruitment. Our team is united by our drive to be the best and our strong work and team culture.
