Position: Care Support Worker (Nights)
Compensation: £12.85 per hour (Nights)
Weekly Hours: Average of 27 hours with potential for extra shifts

Key Responsibilities:
As a Care Support Worker, your role will involve assisting with personal care and support tasks, empowering our service users to make informed decisions while promoting their independence and dignity in accordance with their personalized care plans.
You will collaborate with a dedicated team, fostering strong relationships with both colleagues and service users, engaging in wellbeing initiatives and activities, and contributing to a safe and nurturing atmosphere.
Your responsibilities will also include responding promptly to call bells and emergencies, delivering individualized care and support, and liaising with healthcare professionals and community partners as necessary.
