About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Morning Service Associate to become a vital part of our Food & Beverage Team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering and presenting high-quality food items, primarily focusing on the breakfast buffet, in line with our brand standards.
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness in the breakfast, kitchen, and bar areas.
- Providing efficient and professional food and beverage service to our guests.
- Assisting with the unloading and organization of deliveries.
- Engaging in food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables.
While experience with Micros and Hilton systems is advantageous, we offer comprehensive training for all our processes. The ideal candidate will:
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to upsell food and beverage offerings when appropriate.
- Possess prior kitchen experience, although it is not mandatory.
- Demonstrate a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
- Have a solid understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures.
- Be flexible with shift timings and availability.
