Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead our technical team and drive the development of our Salesforce platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical development of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our business and is aligned with our overall strategy.
  • Design and implement solutions that meet the needs of our business, using your expertise in Salesforce customisation, configuration and standard processes.
  • Develop and maintain the code, performance and integrity of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it is secure and compliant with IT policies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define Salesforce policies and standards, ensuring they are aligned with our overall strategy.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures, and deliver plans for change management programmes.
  • Grow your capabilities by pursuing personal development opportunities and develop the capabilities of direct reports, providing specialised training or mentorship as needed.
  • Set short-term objectives and help lead the performance of direct reports, working within performance management systems.
  • Analyse specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or professional solutions, developing product specifications and designing testing procedures and standards.
