Position Overview:
We are currently on the lookout for a Culinary Operations Manager. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering high-quality food experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and create dishes from our diverse menu, ensuring all meals are made from scratch.
- Lead and manage a full kitchen team, overseeing the ordering of supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Be accountable for the financial performance of the kitchen, meeting all budgetary requirements.
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a knack for motivating team members.
- Strong technical cooking skills and a creative approach to food preparation.
- Capability to perform in challenging situations while maintaining exceptional standards.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Relevant food hygiene and preparation certifications.
- Experience in hospitality, event catering, or fine dining is preferred.
