Role Responsibilities

As a Multi Sports Coach, you will report to the Camp Manager and collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5:30pm, engaging with groups of up to 16 children (ages 5-17) in high-energy, inclusive sessions that encourage every child to be active and have fun, regardless of their skill level.

Ensuring child safety is our utmost priority. You will be responsible for the welfare of children at all times, supervising them during breaks, participating in swimming activities, overseeing the safe use of equipment, and promptly documenting any incidents.

As an Ofsted registered organization, you will have the opportunity to observe our commitment to high standards in child care and wellbeing, as well as gain first aid qualifications, build relationships with parents/guardians, and access our leading training programs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Availability during school holidays, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5:30pm
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working with children
  • At least 3 months' experience in coaching sports or active games
  • Energetic, resilient, and a team-oriented individual
  • Flexible and adaptable to various situations
  • Possession of a Level 2 or higher qualification in: Primary or Secondary Teaching; Sports Coaching; or Physical Education
  • Paediatric First Aid certification (training opportunities available)
