Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Coordinator to join our team at Princes Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support the team in achieving maximum utilization of resources and equipment to meet production targets.
- Deputize for the Manufacturing Manager as required and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental frameworks.
- Develop a team working and continuous improvement culture.
- Manage shift patterns, labor planning, and resource allocation to meet production demands.
- Monitor and control costs, overheads, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and track their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineering to deliver effective maintenance programs and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
- Ensure all team members understand and work to required quality standards.
- Participate in taste panels and customer assessments to ensure site compliance.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with others, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- IT literacy and management skills.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- IOSH and Food Safety Level 3 certifications.
