Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Electro-Mechanical Specialist to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Swiftly attend to electro-mechanical faults, ensuring diagnosis and repairs align with production targets.
  • Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbish offline machinery, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Guarantee all manufacturing equipment operates within established Quality Control specifications, adhering to all statutory legislation and quality system requirements.
  • Collaborate with Operational, Engineering, and Quality Control teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.

Requirements

  • A qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering such as C&G, HND, or equivalent experience.
  • A robust engineering aptitude complemented by a sharp eye for innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, process-driven approach, a proactive and self-motivated attitude with a keen awareness of safety protocols in a high-volume, automated manufacturing setting.
