Production Operative

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at David Wood Foods in Scarborough. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing, picking, and packing products to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery according to plan.
- Ensure Health & Safety guidelines/procedures are being adhered to at all times.
- Conduct quality checks on products and report any issues to the team leader.
- Pack products efficiently, correctly label and code them according to the packing specification.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
- Follow and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Good organisational and time-keeping skills.
- Basic English communication skills and math skills are required.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment is essential, with knowledge of operating machinery an advantage.
Requirements
