Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the warehouse operation from the front, ensuring compliance, performance, and the delivery of world-class service to our customers.
  • Drive communication, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout the warehouse, with a constant focus on reviewing and improving processes.
  • Manage the allocation of work on a daily basis, controlling headcount, overseeing shift briefs, and handovers.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Manage and develop your team of First-Line Managers.

Requirements for Success:

  • Previous management experience within a fast-paced logistics operation, with e-commerce exposure being beneficial.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and customers.
