Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the warehouse operation from the front, ensuring compliance, performance, and the delivery of world-class service to our customers.
- Drive communication, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout the warehouse, with a constant focus on reviewing and improving processes.
- Manage the allocation of work on a daily basis, controlling headcount, overseeing shift briefs, and handovers.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Manage and develop your team of First-Line Managers.
Requirements for Success:
- Previous management experience within a fast-paced logistics operation, with e-commerce exposure being beneficial.
- Good people management skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and customers.
