Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Acoustic Consultant to become part of a reputable independent Environmental Consultancy. The ideal candidate will engage in diverse projects spanning multiple sectors including Residential, Entertainment, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Industrial.

Key Qualifications for Senior Acoustic Consultant:

  • Bachelor's degree in Acoustics, Noise Control, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in Environmental or Building Acoustics
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Familiarity with relevant acoustics legislation and guidelines
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset with robust mathematical skills
  • Membership in the Institute of Acoustics (IOA) is preferred

Responsibilities of the Senior Acoustic Consultant:

  • Conducting noise measurement surveys, sound insulation assessments, and 3D noise modeling
  • Preparing detailed technical reports
  • Performing data analysis
