Business Development Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Assistant to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and develop strategies for market expansion and diversification
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing organizations in the retail, medical, and business sectors
  • Implement marketing initiatives aligned with our Business Plan and Strategy
  • Expand and diversify our canvasser venue portfolio
  • Support the Sales and Marketing department in achieving business objectives
Requirements:
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years B2B engagement experience with a proven acquisition track record
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Keen attention to detail
