Recsure Personnel is seeking a dedicated Sales Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role involves working within a collaborative environment, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with existing and prospective clients to promote company offerings, ensuring the maintenance of strong customer relationships.
- Prepare detailed quotations for sheet metal components, including processes such as laser cutting and folding.
- Generate quotes for CNC machined products.
- Provide estimates for welding and fabrication services.
- Utilize market insights to formulate competitive quotations while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Follow up on submitted quotes to secure orders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to enhance knowledge and identify potential leads.
- Process Sales Orders through the ERP system efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Production team regarding capacity and project timelines.
- Familiarity with core manufacturing processes, including laser cutting, press braking, machining, and welding.
- Experience in sales and estimating roles.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD and nesting techniques.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Solid numeracy and literacy skills.
- Good understanding of market trends and product knowledge.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, energetic approach.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
