About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Keyholder (M/F) to join our team at Sézane in London. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading a team of sales associates, and ensuring the overall success of our boutique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a unique and personalized shopping experience for our customers, providing expert advice and guidance on our products.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Brand Image: Ensure that the Sézane brand image is consistently represented in the boutique, including maintaining high standards of grooming and attitude.
  • Operations and Efficiency: Plan and organize store activity, including daily planning, cash management, and processing returns and exchanges.
Requirements
  • Passion for Retail: A genuine passion for the retail industry and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales associates.
  • Operational Skills: Strong operational skills, with experience in inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Brand Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Sézane brand and its values.
