About The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Building Labourer to join our team at LiveWest. As a Building Labourer, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing our properties across the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in carrying out repairs, maintenance, waste disposal, and general cleaning services at our properties.
  • Work alongside a Multi Skilled Technician to carry out a wide range of works to our properties.
  • Collect and distribute necessary materials and equipment, ensuring all plant and tools are maintained and in clean order.
  • Liaise with customers appropriately and promptly.
  • Act as an ambassador for LiveWest, promoting a positive and professional image.
  • Observe and comply with policies and procedures for Health and Safety at Work.

About You:

  • You will have a positive, can-do attitude and exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage customers and communicate effectively and confidently.
  • You will have experience in a similar role and experience working in customers' properties.
  • You will hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
