Job DescriptionWe are seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager in our Manchester store. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and developing your team to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve company targets, KPIs, and goals.
- Lead your team in creating a customer-first culture, providing genuine and knowledgeable advice on our products.
- Motivate and develop your team to achieve and exceed KPIs.
- Be self-aware, questioning, learning, and taking responsibility for yourself and your store's performance.
- Live and breathe Pavers DNA, leading by example.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.75.
