Lead Python Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Pentasia team member to fill the role of Lead Python Developer.

About the Role
  • As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading and influencing upcoming projects, working closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive success.
  • You will optimize backend systems for top performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring that our systems meet the highest standards.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable distributed systems using Python and Django, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation.
  • Create and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure quality and stability, guaranteeing that our software meets the needs of our users.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of software development experience, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • A deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Python and Django, with experience in designing and developing scalable distributed systems.
  • Experience with cloud providers, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), is highly desirable.
