Role Overview:
In light of ongoing expansion, the company is looking to recruit an additional Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This role is suitable for recent graduates in Quantity Surveying or individuals with a minimum of six months of relevant experience, regardless of degree status. The ideal candidate will receive comprehensive support to enhance their skills and progress within a seasoned commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess HNC/Degree qualifications – Preferred but not mandatory
  • For non-graduates, relevant experience with UK Contractors as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Exhibit strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Demonstrate the capability to work independently or collaboratively
  • Be computer literate, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Maintain a consistent work history
  • Show a positive attitude towards learning, development, and career progression
  • Reside within a reasonable commuting distance
