About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at NC Associates. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Group Financial Controller and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review month-end management accounts information for UK companies and subsidiaries
  • Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations, including stock, debtors, and creditors
  • Reconcile VAT and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
  • Support with year-end accounts preparation and stock take procedures
  • Investigate and analyze variances in KPI reporting
  • Provide ad-hoc support to directors and senior management
Requirements
  • CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified accountant with 5 years of experience in producing management accounts
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills, with excellent communication and Excel skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
