Senior Associate - Technology Outsourcing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our award-winning Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology outsourcing and a proven track record of leading and supporting on large-scale transactions.

The successful candidate will have experience in contracts and negotiations, payment services agreements, data protection, and general regulatory knowledge. They will be able to advise on the use of AI and other emerging technologies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a TMT Associate seeking career progression and a strategic role in a highly successful dynamic practice. The firm is looking for someone with strong, relevant experience gained in a ranked TMT practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support on outsourcing and technology contracts
  • Advise on payment services agreements, data protection, and general regulatory matters
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for technology outsourcing transactions

Requirements:

  • Upwards of 5 years' PQE in technology outsourcing
  • Strong experience in contracts and negotiations, payment services agreements, data protection, and general regulatory knowledge
  • Ability to advise on the use of AI and other emerging technologies
