About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health Specialist to join our team at Energia Group. As a key member of our Health and Safety team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and the safety of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and support the business on all aspects of Health and Safety, including risk assessments and site audits.
  2. Develop and implement effective EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Provide expert advice and guidance to employees on EHS matters, including training and awareness programs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential EHS risks.
Requirements
  1. A third-level qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, NEBOSH, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a similar EHS role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  3. Demonstrable experience of carrying out risk assessments and site audits, with a focus on identifying and mitigating potential EHS risks.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
