Job Overview

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Lead and manage a team of support workers, providing guidance and supervision to ensure excellent care standards.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development of care policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent customer service.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.95ph.
  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour.
  • Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour.
  • Wagestream – giving you the flexibility to access your earnings when you need them.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care or support role, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and night shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
