About the Role

This is a highly varied and dynamic position within the Investment team at Tate Nottingham. As an Investment Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple teams, including Sales, Investment Management, and Investor Relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets, analyze data, and conduct competitor analysis to support business growth initiatives.
  • Support the organization and management of events, webinars, and Salesforce campaigns to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain high proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create engaging presentations and reports.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement CRM systems, such as Efront and Salesforce, to enhance customer relationships and sales efforts.
  • Provide administrative support to the Investment team, including preparing key documentation for clients and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Efront and Salesforce.
  • AAT / RO / other professional financial services qualifications.
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
