The Identity & Access Management team at Royal London Group is responsible for ensuring that colleagues across the organization have the right access to the right systems at the right time to support operational requirements.
The Identity Management Analyst will support the organization's Identity & Access Management program, which includes fulfilling incoming service requests by administering user accounts and access privileges across a wide range of business applications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the introduction of new applications and business services to ensure that Identity & Access Management principles and standards are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities- Respond and fulfill incoming service requests relating to joiner, mover, and leaver processes, in addition to ad-hoc requests for additional access to business systems across the Group.
- Support the service transition of new services/applications from project delivery into BAU operation.
- Perform recertification of access to business systems across the Group, to ensure colleagues have the right level of access to perform their role effectively.
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management principles and best practice.
- Ability to prioritize workload to fulfill service requests according to Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a way that colleagues from across the group, with varying levels of technical knowledge, are able to understand.
