Maintenance Plumbing Technician

Randstad Construction and Property is collaborating with a prestigious facilities management organization that is in search of a skilled plumbing technician to enhance their maintenance workforce.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in commercial plumbing, executing a variety of maintenance and minor repair tasks within established Facilities Management agreements. This role offers a full-time and permanent position.

The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive salary based on experience

• Core working hours totaling 40 hours per week

Annual Leave and Holidays:

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled preventative and reactive maintenance on various building systems
• Supervise and assist subcontractors as necessary
• Manage water testing protocols and maintain the water log documentation
• Inform the client of minor additional tasks and prepare estimates through the Supervisor or Manager
• Participate in the on-call rota

Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations, COSHH, Infection Control, Waste Management, and other legislative requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:
• Level 2 Plumbing certification
• Familiarity with HVAC control systems
• IPAF/PASMA certification
• Capability to provide a clear Enhanced DBS check
• Valid Clean Driving License
