About the Role:

  • As a Mobile Windscreen Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing damaged glass on a variety of vehicles, including classic cars, commercial vans, and luxury cars.
  • You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality service and are satisfied with the work carried out.
  • You will work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with regional team members to achieve our goals.
  • You will identify opportunities to develop our service and provide feedback to the business.
  • You will maintain and develop an industry-leading knowledge base and set of skills.

Requirements:

  • You will have a strong background in automotive or mechanical repair, although this is not essential.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide outstanding customer service.
  • You will be a positive and proactive individual who takes pride in their work.
  • You will be willing to build a career with our company and support your fellow team members.
  • You will hold a full valid UK driving licence.
