Executive Chef

We are CH&Co Group, a leading catering company that takes a thoughtful and mindful approach to food experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Manager to join our team at one of our prestigious clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 5 chefs and kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with company standards for health and safety, food safety, and stock management
• Report meal numbers and sales data
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
