We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Academics. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require additional help in their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide individualized support to students who struggle with their academic work, helping them to build confidence and develop their skills.
  • To work closely with teachers and other support staff to identify areas where students need additional support and to develop strategies to address these needs.
  • To assist students with their homework and projects, helping them to understand and complete tasks to the best of their ability.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and to communicate regularly with teachers and parents to ensure that students are receiving the support they need.
