About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate pub operator to manage The Princess Royal Inn, a traditional and family-oriented pub in the heart of Taunton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of the pub, and driving sales growth through innovative marketing and events strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the pub's operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the local community to host events and activities that promote the pub and enhance the customer experience
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and meet business targets
  • Work closely with the Punch Pubs Careers team to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a pub or similar hospitality business
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
