With a unique setup that combines legal, accounting, and financial expertise, we offer our clients comprehensive advice and protection for their wealth.

About the Role

As a Trust Assistant, you will report to a Trust Accounts Manager and provide general support to the team. Your responsibilities will include bank reconciliations, processing outgoing electronic payments, preparing trust accounts and tax returns for review, managing client portfolios, and ensuring engagement letters and fees are in place. You will also assist in the overall management of client affairs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years' experience in an accountancy practice
  • Knowledge of various accounts formats, processes, and procedures, including manual and system-based work (especially CCH Trust Accounts)
  • Part or fully AAT qualified
