Database Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Engineer to join our team at Barclays Bank. As a Database Engineer, you will play a critical role in the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.
• Monitor and resolve IT infrastructure and system performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

• Experience with PostgreSQL and similar database technologies.
• Experience with DevOps automation tools, such as Code versioning (git), JIRA, Ansible, Containers, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of database administration, data migrations, and cloud computing platforms.
