Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Planner to join our successful team on a permanent full-time basis at our client, a leading specialist fitout contractor in Northern Ireland.
About the Role- Previous planning experience in the construction and fit-out industry is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Projects, is required.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive tender programmes.
- Create detailed Gantt charts, timelines, and reports.
- Collate and validate project progress and constraints.
- Conduct site visits to review progress.
- Produce weekly look-ahead programmes and manage critical paths.
- Monitor and analyse project progress.
- Suggest programme recovery actions or programme betterment opportunities.
- Maintain full change log records.
