About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled MRI Lead Radiographer to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of radiographers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of radiographers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and patient flow.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance programs, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for radiographers, promoting their professional growth and development.
  • Ensure the effective management of resources, including staff, equipment, and facilities, to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Participate in departmental audits and quality assurance programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Radiographer.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of radiographers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance programs and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to provide training and development opportunities for radiographers.
  • Experience in managing resources, including staff, equipment, and facilities.
  • Ability to participate in departmental audits and quality assurance programs.
