About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As an Assistant Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in the Regional Finance Team, responsible for core transactional processing and financial control activities within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ownership of regional bank transaction processing and reconciliation.
  • Raising sales invoices and undertaking credit control duties.
  • Processing plot deposits and completion transactions.
  • Balance sheet reconciliation preparation and variance analysis.
  • Checking and distribution of monthly cost reports.
  • Weekly cashflow forecasts and recharge invoicing for Joint Ventures.
  • Coordination of payment request forms, ensuring accuracy and sufficient authorisation.
  • Assisting in the preparation of schedules as required by Group Finance.
  • Supporting the Regional Finance Team in the month-end close process.
  • Contribution to ongoing continuous improvement of processes within the Region.
Requirements
  • AAT studied/AAT qualified.
  • Experience in working within a Finance function.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and progress.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work as an effective team member.
Desirable Qualifications
  • ACCA/CIMA studier.
  • Previous Housebuilding experience.
  • COINS/Anaplan experience.
