Job Description

We're looking for a Trainee Casino Dealer to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Stoke. As a trainee dealer, you'll participate in our exclusive Grosvenor Gaming Academy, where you'll master dealing popular games like Roulette and Blackjack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Grosvenor Gaming Academy to develop your dealing skills
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with customers and handling cash transactions
  • Develop strong numerical skills to calculate mentally and quickly
  • Work shifts at any time, including weekends and bank holidays

Requirements

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Ability to work shifts at any time
  • Must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK

Training and Development

The paid training will run for 40 hours per week for 5 weeks, including training during night shifts. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress to senior roles within the company.
