Job Summary:
1st Executive Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Excellence Manager to play a critical role in shaping and implementing innovative procurement and supplier management frameworks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and fine-tuning the Procurement and Supplier Management framework across the breadth of the Indirect & Technology category portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategic supplier onboarding and develop due diligence requirements.
- Contribute to strategic projects in sustainability, risk management, and sourcing.
- Ensure the right systems, processes, and support are in place for the procurement and supplier management team.
- Build strong relationships, coach and support category teams, and proactively adapt to change.
- Effectively engage stakeholders at all levels and drive commercial value.
Requirements:
- Experience in designing procurement frameworks, policies, and processes within complex businesses.
- Practical knowledge of developing and implementing Procurement & Supplier Management operating models and frameworks.
- Awareness of governance and supplier assurance principles.
- Critical thinking, analytical abilities, and resilience to navigate a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and driving efficiency and effectiveness in the procurement and supplier management function.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including influencing, constructively challenging, and confidently engaging.
