Senior Employment Solicitor Opportunity

QED Legal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Employment Solicitor to join their boutique Commercial firm in Lancashire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing top-quality employment law advice to blue-chip clients and household companies.

About the Role
  • Front a Legal 500 listed department and deal with high-profile employment law matters.
  • Provide respondent employment law advice to clients, with a focus on quality and commercial solutions.
  • Work on a wide range of employment matters, including contract reviews, termination of employment, settlement agreements, and employment tribunal cases.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client care and achieve outstanding results.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of PQE experience in employment law.
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality employment law advice.
  • Experience of working on quality employment law matters at a strong city or regional firm.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and provide leadership to the team.
