About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Apprentice Insurance Practitioner. As a key member of our Brown & Brown (Europe) team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers, utilising strong sales and negotiation skills to maximise new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with insurers and customers to build relationships and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately complete administrative tasks, including post, diary management, and account queries.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Contribute to the development of our business by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will have a minimum of English and Mathematics GCSEs (or equivalent) and be willing to invest time in developing yourself, whilst taking onboard feedback and development points from managers.

You will be a good communicator, with strong numerical and verbal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. If you are a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
