Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Director to lead our retail stores and inspire a team of staff and volunteers to achieve excellence in customer service, sales, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service and sales results
- Develop and implement effective store operations and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Build strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders to promote our charity and services
- Monitor and report on store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff engagement
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve charity-wide goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a charity or not-for-profit organization
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
