Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Director to lead our retail stores and inspire a team of staff and volunteers to achieve excellence in customer service, sales, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service and sales results
  • Develop and implement effective store operations and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Build strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders to promote our charity and services
  • Monitor and report on store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff engagement
