As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire recruitment process while contributing to the enhancement of our Employer Brand, implementing best practices, engaging with senior management, and most importantly, assisting the organization in meeting its recruitment goals.
Your Role: In your capacity as a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be tasked with attracting, sourcing, and delivering qualified candidates for various positions across the organization. You will take ownership of the employee referral program to ensure its effectiveness and utilization. Additionally, you will manage attendance at relevant job fairs and lead recruitment events to identify potential candidates. Your responsibilities will also include executing the recruitment strategy in alignment with the broader People Team strategy, which encompasses creating a compelling employer brand both internally and externally to attract and retain top talent.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Promptly addressing internal recruitment requirements.
- Anticipating future hiring needs and ensuring adequate staffing across our services.
- Crafting well-researched job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure the right candidates are sourced.
- Effectively managing online job advertisements and leveraging a variety of advertising platforms, including social media and other internet-based sources.
- Proactively sourcing potential candidates through professional networking sites, job boards, and LinkedIn to effectively manage hard-to-fill roles.
- Ensuring timely and well-organized screening and candidate progression to facilitate a smooth recruitment process for both hiring managers and candidates.
- Conducting interviews efficiently, with experience in designing various interview formats (phone, online, in-person, competency-based) to ensure effective candidate selection.
- Advising on candidate selection and onboarding processes to ensure effective staff recruitment.
Reporting & Strategy
You will develop recruitment frameworks utilizing data-driven insights to enhance current talent acquisition processes. Regular and accurate reporting will be essential to keep management informed.
Budget Management
You will oversee the recruitment budget, benchmarking current employees and future hires, managing agency relationships, and negotiating contracts as necessary.
Sponsorship
You will be responsible for the hiring and ongoing compliance of sponsored employees, ensuring all necessary checks are completed to maintain compliance with our obligations.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience in social care recruitment.
- Knowledge and understanding of the sponsorship process.
- Familiarity with confidentiality and data protection principles.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
This role is office-based, although we offer flexibility for remote work.
