Job Title: Commercial Account Executive - Existing Business

Employment Specialists Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Executive to join our team. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their insurance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine appropriate solutions, structure, price, and placement strategies that meet the clients' needs and deliver profitable business.
  • Lead and deliver the end-to-end ongoing client service, understanding the clients' business and their risk management needs.
  • Proactively develop appropriate solutions and proposals to ensure excellent client retention rates.
  • Design programme and pricing structures based on market and client knowledge.
  • Manage KPIs/SLAs to ensure targets are met.
Requirements:
  • Strong Commercial Insurance experience to deal with complex client needs.
  • First-class communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
