Data Centre Server Migration Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Server Migration Project Manager to lead a critical project involving data centre migration, server management, and cloud migration. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex projects in an agile environment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the seamless migration of servers and infrastructure to a new data centre.
  • Manage the migration of on-premises systems to the cloud.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Work in an agile framework, adapting to changing requirements and ensuring project delivery in a dynamic environment.
  • Ensure project milestones are met and that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
  • Have a strong understanding of infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud technologies.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end project, from planning to execution, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Data Centre Migration and Server Management projects.
  • Successful track record of managing cloud migration projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to on-time project deliveries and an ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure technologies.
  • Relevant project management certifications are a plus.
