Adept Resourcing is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our dynamic team in Rotherham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for connecting talented individuals with exceptional career opportunities within the manufacturing, engineering, and commercial sectors.

This is a 360-role that will involve managing workload from sourcing through to placement. You will be expected to proactively reach out to clients to form and strengthen relationships, identify and source top talent, and provide expert guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including networking, referrals, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and career advice.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation, placement, and beyond.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and strategies for success.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs to drive business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a 360-recruitment position with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
