We are excited to announce an opening for a Business Analytics Manager (Life Sciences). This role is situated within the Business Analytics Team and reports directly to the Head of Business Analytics. The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Engaging with inventors to convey the analyses and decisions made within the Innovation Factory regarding their inventions.
- Evaluating and documenting innovative prospects that exhibit commercial viability.
- Collaborating closely with the Innovation Discovery Team as well as the Investment and Licensing Team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Proven scientific expertise in the Life Sciences domain.
- Experience in a dynamic, innovative commercial setting.
- Up-to-date knowledge of recent developments and market trends in Life Sciences.
- Strong analytical skills with a broad perspective on commercial implications prior to decision-making.
- A commitment to achieving the objectives and performance targets of the Innovation Factory.
- Ability to foster robust collaborative relationships with inventors, colleagues, and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to operate within time and budget constraints relevant to projects.
- Adherence to the core values of the Innovation Factory.
- A higher degree in a Life Sciences-related field is mandatory.
