About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of desserts, including pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats.
  • Work closely with the pastry team to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Contribute to the development of new dessert recipes and menus.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Demi Chef De Partie or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
