Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide BIM and Revit support across various projects, ensuring project-specific requirements are met.
  • Mentor and technically upskill the team on Revit best practices, streamlining workflows and associated technologies.
  • Oversee the production of coordinated models to ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
  • Manage data production and integration with project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Revit and strong knowledge of related software (Dynamo, Navisworks, CDEs, Enscape).
  • Experience working in a BIM environment, ideally within a Level 2 BIM-accredited practice.
  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Architectural Technology preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of UK BIM standards.
  • Experience in adaptive and parametric content creation.
  • Proven track record working across RIBA stages on architectural and/or interior design projects.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated.
